Hi
It’s Ian McKenzie here.
We know that most smokers would prefer to be nonsmokers.
That site was first published in March 2007, specifically for success stories from nonsmokers who once were smokers.
Perhaps you are a Health Professional who has success stories about clients who have quit smoking and stayed stopped. If so, I would like to publish it here.
For most people it is not easy to stop smoking and to stay stopped. Most smokers attempting to quit need support. Reading others’ success stories can often help in making that great change in behaviour from “Smoker” to “Nonsmoker”.
Please send your stories to:
stories@mystopsmoking.net
I look forward to receiving them. Pictures with your stories are also welcome.
My story is published here. It is on my Web Site, “Staying Stopped”.
www.stayingstopped.info
On that site I discuss strategies for smokers who would like to stop smoking and to stay stopped, and for Health Professionals working with smokers who would like to quit smoking.
On another of my sites, “Cease Smoking”, I have published numerous articles on smoking and the use of tobacco. Its address is:
www.ceasesmoking.info .
I plan on putting a fourth site together which will contain articles, and information of interest on the dangers of smoking with regard to Health. This site is called “Cease Puffing”, and its address will be:
www.ceasepuffing.info
Regards
Ian McKenzie
